Graduated in Civil Engineering from UFPR (1988), Master and Doctor of Health Technology from PUCPR (2020), with the thesis method for health technology assessment in surgeries in the public health system based on real-world evidence. Since 2002 he works at UNIMED PARANÁ, participating in the projects; Data Warehouse, BI Unimed, Artificial Intelligence and others.Has experience in Computer Science, with emphasis on Decision Support Systems, acting mainly on the following topics:Health Technology Assessment, Electronic Health Record and Artificial Intelligence.
