Majke van Bommel is a MD and PhD candidate at the department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Radboud university medical center in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. She is focused on the prevention of ovarian cancer among women with an increased inherited risk of breast and/or ovarian cancer. Her PhD is being supervised by Dr. Joanne de Hullu, gynecologic oncologist and principal investigator of, amongst others, the TUBA and TUBA-WISP II study.
