Cristiane M. Ida, MD is currently an associate director of the Mayo Clinic Genomics Laboratory and holds the academic ranking of assistant professor. Dr. Ida obtained her M.D. degree and Anatomic Pathology training from the University of Sao Paulo, Brazil. Subsequently, she completed residency in Anatomic Pathology as well as Neuropathology and Molecular Genetic Pathology fellowships at the Mayo Clinic. Dr. Ida's clinical practice and research interests include brain tumor genetics with focus on clinical genetic testing.
