Samuel R. Denmeade, M.D. is the Director of Genitourinary Oncology.  He is the R. Dale Hughes Professor of Oncology, Urology and Pharmacology and Molecular Sciences at Johns Hopkins University.  He is an accomplished translational researcher who directs a laboratory program focused primary on the development of prostate cancer therapies.  Dr. Denmeade is also a clinical scientist who has served as Principal Investigator on a multiple clinical studies primarily focused on the evaluation of high dose testosterone as therapy for castrate resistant prostate cancer.
